These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website movestavion.com (hereinafter, the "Site") operated by Movestavion S.A. de C.V. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, we ask that you do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of said changes.
2. Description of Services
Movestavion offers financial consulting and education services, including: advisory on social and government support programs, personal financial planning, debt management and restructuring, and financial education through workshops and individual sessions. Consulting services provided through the Site are informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute certified financial advice under the Securities Market Law nor replace consultation with regulated financial institutions.
3. User Requirements
To use our services, you must: be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, be a legal resident of the United Mexican States or be interested in the financial support programs available in Mexico, provide truthful and up-to-date information when contacting us, and use the Site and services exclusively for lawful purposes.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, moral standards, and public order. It is prohibited to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without express authorization; use the Site to transmit illicit, defamatory content or content that violates the rights of third parties; attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or Movestavion's computer systems; use automated mechanisms to extract information from the Site; and impersonate another person or entity.

6. Limitation of Liability
Movestavion strives to keep the information on the Site up to date and accurate; however, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Under no circumstances shall Movestavion be liable for: financial decisions made based on the general information provided on the Site; economic losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site; service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure; or content on third-party websites linked from the Site.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
